If you are outside of the US or Canada please message us. We will get back to you with a shipping quote & estimated delivery date.

How do I track my order? 😕

Most orders will have a tracking number and we will provide that after shipping your items. For a few orders (less than 5 masks) that fin in a small envelope you will receive a notification on the USPS expected delivery date.

How long will my order take to arrive? 😎

It may take between 2-7 business days (in the US), that really depends on where you are. We do our best to ship all orders within one business day and we ship from California.

How do I modify an existing order? 😉

If you need to change a size or style after you place your order, an email or phone call on the same day is best.

Returns & Exchanges

What happens if my product arrives damaged? 😕

Please take photos of any damaged items so we can best handle this with USPS. Please return the damaged item and we will send you a replacement.

How do I return an item? 😉

Please contact us and return items to the address on the package sent to you.

How and when will I be refunded? 😎

We will contact you and let you know we have received your return and that your refund will be issued over PayPal.
